From the main town of London on Kiritimati (Christmas) Island, head east on the main road, following signs towards the eastern beaches. Continue on this road for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork which leads towards the beaches. After another 5 kilometers, look for a sign indicating Torben's Beach. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the parking area near the beach.

Public transport options are limited on Kiritimati Island, but you can use local buses or shared taxis. From the main town of London, catch a bus heading towards the eastern part of the island. Inform the driver that you want to go to Torben's Beach; the fare is usually around AUD 5. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the nearest drop-off point, you may have to walk about 1 kilometer to reach the beach.
