Getting There

    Start at the Gjakova City Center, specifically near the main square. From there, head north along the main pedestrian street, Rruga E Dëshmorëve. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rruga Mifail Basha. Turn left onto Rruga Mifail Basha and follow it for another 500 meters. You will come to the bus station. From the bus station, take a bus heading towards the direction of 'Pec' or 'Pejë'. Inform the driver you want to get off at the stop for Treskavica. The bus ride should take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Treskavica, ask locals for directions to Za Hrid, as it is a well-known area near the National Park Prokletije.

    Begin at the Gjakova City Center, specifically at the main square. Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. From the main square, head north along Rruga E Dëshmorëve for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the intersection with Rruga Mifail Basha, turn left and bike for approximately 500 meters until you reach the bus station. Here, you can either leave your bike at a nearby bike rack or ask a local if you can store it temporarily. Board a bus heading towards 'Pec' or 'Pejë' and inform the driver to let you off at the stop for Treskavica. The bus ride should take around 30 minutes. After disembarking, it's a short walk to Za Hrid and the entrance of National Park Prokletije.
