Walking
From the center of Mitrovica, head north towards the main road, Rruga e Dëshmorëve. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rruga Gjerasim Qiriazi. Turn left onto Rruga Gjerasim Qiriazi and walk for about 500 meters. The Spomenik braniocima otadžbine od šiptarskih terorista i NATO agresora 1998-1999 will be on your right, situated at the coordinates VVR8+M3H.

If you prefer to take public transportation, find the nearest bus stop in the city center. Take Bus Line 1 heading towards North Kosovska Mitrovica. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Gjakova' stop. From there, walk about 300 meters north on Rruga e Dëshmorëve until you reach Rruga Gjerasim Qiriazi. Turn right on Rruga Gjerasim Qiriazi and walk for another 500 meters. The memorial will be on your right.
