If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Peja. Head northwest on the main road (Rugovë) towards Rugova Canyon. Continue driving for approximately 20 km until you reach the village of Bogë. From Bogë, there is a marked road leading towards the Hajla peak. The last part of the road may be a bit rough, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Park your car at the designated parking area at the foot of Hajla. The hike to the summit takes about 2 hours, and it is advisable to wear proper hiking boots.

For those opting for public transportation, you can take a bus from Peja to the village of Bogë. Buses typically leave from the main bus station in Peja and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. After arriving in Bogë, you can either walk towards Hajla (around 1.5 hours) or hire a local taxi to take you closer to the hiking trail. Note that taxi services may vary, and it's best to negotiate the fare before starting the journey. Be sure to check the bus schedules for return trips to Peja.

The hike is moderate to challenging, so ensure you have enough water and snacks. The total hike to the summit of Hajla is approximately 4 km and will take about 2 hours depending on your pace.
