Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the center of Peja, head towards the main square, which is known as 'Sheshi i Dukagjinit'. Once there, face the 'Muzeu i Pejës' (Peja Museum) which is located at the southeastern side of the square. From the museum, walk straight down 'Rruga e Pejës' for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with 'Rruga e Gjakovës'. Turn left onto 'Rruga e Gjakovës' and continue for another 200 meters. You will then see the Bazaar of Peja on your right. It is a vibrant area filled with local shops and stalls.

    From any part of Peja, you can catch a local bus that heads towards the city center. Look for a bus that has 'Qender' displayed on its front. Once you reach the central bus station, get off and walk towards the main square, which is a short 5-minute walk.
