Walking
From the center of Peja, head towards the main road (Bajram Curri Street). Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Deçan. At the intersection, turn left onto the road to Deçan. Continue walking for approximately 30 minutes along this road. You will eventually see the signs for Monastery Visoki Deçani on your right. Follow the signs and walk towards the entrance of the monastery.
Public Transport
From Peja city center, walk to the bus station, which is located near the main square. Look for buses heading to Deçan (Deçan is often written as 'Deçan' on the bus signs). The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Deçan, ask the driver to drop you off near the Monastery Visoki Deçani. From the bus stop, it's a short 5-10 minute walk to the monastery, following the signs.
