Walking
From the Mangaf area, head towards the nearest main road, which is King Fahd Road (also known as Route 30). Depending on your starting location in Mangaf, you can either walk straight down the main streets towards King Fahd Road or ask local shopkeepers for directions to the main road. Once you reach King Fahd Road, walk north towards the Al Jahra area. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will come to the junction of Marzouk Al Metab Street. Turn left onto Marzouk Al Metab Street and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. The Red Palace will be on your right side. You can also ask locals for confirmation as you approach.

From Mangaf, locate the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading towards Al Jahra. Buses are frequent, and you can ask the driver to let you know when you reach Al Jahra. Once you arrive in Al Jahra, disembark at the main bus station. From there, you can take a taxi or continue walking. If walking, head towards Marzouk Al Metab Street, which is about 1 kilometer from the bus station. Follow Marzouk Al Metab Street, and you will find the Red Palace on your right side.
