Start at the Salmiya Marina Mall. Exit the mall and head towards the main road, called Abu Thar Al Ghifari Street. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Ibn Khaldun Street. Turn right onto Ibn Khaldun Street and continue walking until you see the signs for Rumaithia. Turn left onto Mamsha Rumaithiya Road. The Rumaithia Walking Track will be on your right after a short walk.

From your location in Salmiya, find the nearest bus stop. Take the bus heading towards Rumaithia. Make sure to ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach Mamsha Rumaithiya Road. Once you get off, walk towards the direction of the walking track, which will be on your right side.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Salmiya area and head towards the coastal road. Follow the coastal road until you reach the Rumaithia area. Once you get to Mamsha Rumaithiya Road, look for the walking track which will be easily accessible.
