From the center of Luang Prabang, head south on Sisavangvong Road until you reach the intersection with Sakkarine Road. Turn left onto Sakkarine Road and continue walking until you reach the Mekong River. At the riverbank, turn right and walk along the riverside path. Follow the path for about 15-20 minutes until you see the sign for Pha An on your left.
