Getting There

Walking
From the center of Luang Prabang, head south on Sisavangvong Road. You will see the vibrant street market on your left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Phou Si Road. Turn right onto Phou Si Road and walk straight. Phousi Hill will be on your left, and you will see the entrance which leads to the steps going up the hill.

Tuk Tuk
Find a tuk tuk stand near the main street, Sisavangvong Road. Ask the driver to take you to Phousi Hill (or simply say 'Phou Si'). The ride will take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the driver will drop you off at the entrance to the hill.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops along Sisavangvong Road. Start by cycling south on Sisavangvong Road. Continue until you reach the intersection with Phou Si Road, then turn right. You can find a bike parking area near the entrance to Phousi Hill.
