Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the center of Luang Prabang, head east on Sisavangvong Road towards the Mekong River. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Khem Khong Road. Turn left onto Khem Khong Road and walk for another 5 minutes. The UXO Lao Visitor Center will be on your right, just past the intersection with Vang Thong Road.

  • Tuk-Tuk

    Find a tuk-tuk station near your location, such as on Sisavangvong Road. Tell the driver you want to go to the UXO Lao Visitor Center. The fare should be around 20,000 to 40,000 LAK, depending on your starting point. The driver will take you directly to the center. Make sure to confirm the price before you start your ride.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the city center. Start on Sisavangvong Road heading east towards the Mekong River. After about 10 minutes, turn left onto Khem Khong Road. Continue cycling for another 5 minutes, and you will find the UXO Lao Visitor Center on your right.
