From Cēsis, take the A2 road southeast. After about 10 km, turn left onto the P6 road towards Raiskums. Continue for 5 km until you reach Raiskums Parish. Look for signs directing you to Rūcamavots. There is a free car park approximately 300m from the Cēsis-Limbaži motorway. From the car park, follow the well-maintained path to Rūcamavots Spring. Parking is free.
