Car
If you are driving to Qadisha Grotto, take the main road from Tripoli towards Bsharri. When you reach Bsharri, follow the signs pointing to the Qadisha Valley. The drive should take about an hour from Tripoli. Once you arrive in Bsharri, park your car in the designated parking areas near the entrance of the grotto. Make sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Qadisha Grotto by public transport, take a bus from Beirut or Tripoli to Bsharri. Buses frequently operate from both cities, and the journey takes approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Bsharri, you can take a local taxi or walk to the grotto entrance. Ensure to confirm the fare with the taxi driver before starting your ride. Expect to pay around 10,000 to 20,000 LBP for the taxi ride.
Walking
If you're already in Bsharri and prefer to walk to Qadisha Grotto, head towards the northeastern direction from the main square of Bsharri. Follow the signs leading to the grotto, which is about a 30-minute walk. The route is scenic but may have some steep areas, so wear comfortable shoes. Upon reaching the grotto, you may have to pay an entrance fee of approximately 5,000 LBP to access the historical site.
