From the Sidon Souk (market), walk south along Rue de la Poste towards the coast. Continue until you reach the intersection with Avenue de Paris. Turn left and walk east; the park will be on your right after a few minutes. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. There is no cost associated with walking.
