If you are starting from the center of Tripoli, head towards the Al-Mina area. Begin at the Tripoli Souks, which is a popular shopping area. Walk towards the Mediterranean coast along the Al-Mina Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Al-Mina harbor. From here, take a left onto the coastal road, known as the Corniche. Follow the Corniche road for about 15-20 minutes until you see the large white structures of the Rachid Karami International Fair in the distance. The fair is located slightly inland, so when you approach the entrance, you will need to make a right turn into the complex.

From the Tripoli Bus Station, take a local bus heading towards Al-Mina. Inform the bus driver that you want to go to Rachid Karami International Fair. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Al-Mina stop, disembark and walk towards the Corniche. Follow the Corniche road until you reach the fair. The entrance to the fair is well-marked, and you should see the iconic structures designed by Oscar Niemeyer.
