Public Bus
From the center of Kaunas, head to the 'Laisvės al. (Freedom Avenue)' bus stop. Take bus number 5 towards 'Kaunas Airport'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the '6-oji Forto' stop. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes along K. Baršausko street until you reach the 6th Fort of the Kaunas Fortress at K. Baršausko g. 101.

Start at 'Kaunas Central Station' and take tram number 1. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at 'Maironio' stop. Walk straight down Maironio street until you reach the intersection with K. Baršausko street. Turn left and walk for about 15 minutes to reach the 6th Fort of the Kaunas Fortress located at K. Baršausko g. 101.

Walking
If you are already in the city center, it's a pleasant walk. Head towards the 'Žaliakalnis' area. Go to 'Savanorių pr.' and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. You will cross 'Maironio' street. Continue walking until you reach K. Baršausko g. and turn left. The 6th Fort of the Kaunas Fortress will be on your right at K. Baršausko g. 101.

Bicycle Rental
For a more adventurous route, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in the city. Start at 'Laisvės al.' and head towards 'Pramogų arena'. From there, follow bike paths leading north toward the Kaunas Fortress. The bike ride will take about 25-30 minutes. The 6th Fort is located at K. Baršausko g. 101.
