Walking
If you are starting from Panevėžys busų stotis (bus station), exit the station and head southeast on Maironio street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Respublikos street. Turn left onto Respublikos street and walk for about 500 meters until you reach the Laisvės aikštė, which will be on your right.
Public Transport
From Panevėžys busų stotis, you can take bus number 5 or 8. Board the bus and ride for 3 stops. Get off at the 'Laisvės aikštė' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will be in the square itself, which is a central point in Panevėžys.
Walking
If you are at the Panevėžys city center, simply walk towards the intersection of Respublikos street and Maironio street. From there, head southeast along Respublikos street for about 300 meters. Laisvės aikštė will be on your right side, easily recognizable as a public square.
