Turn left onto Maironio Street, and continue walking until you reach the entrance to Bernardine Garden on your right at Barboros Radvilaitės g. 8A.

    If you are at the Vilnius Bus Station, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 32 or 88 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Vilniaus Universitetas' stop. From there, walk towards the Cathedral Square and follow the same route described for walking from the Cathedral.
