If you are in the Old Town area, make your way to Gediminas Avenue (Gedimino prospektas). Head north and continue straight until you reach a large junction with Maironio Street. Turn left onto Maironio Street and proceed until you reach the intersection with Arklių Street. Turn right onto Arklių Street, and keep walking for about 500 meters. The Lazdynų Pelėda sculpture will be on your left side, located in a small park.

From the Cathedral Square, walk to the bus stop called 'Katedros aikštė'. Board bus number 5 or 8. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Arklių' stop. After exiting the bus, walk down Arklių Street for about 200 meters, and you will find Lazdynų Pelėda on your left in a small park.
