From the city center, you can take bus number 1, 3, or 88 from 'Vilniaus Katedra' bus stop. Ride for 3 stops and get off at 'Lukiškės' stop. From there, walk south along Lukiškių Street until you reach Maironio Street. Turn left and continue straight for another 5 minutes, and you'll find St. Anne's Church on your right at Maironio g. 8.

Take tram number 1 or 2 from 'Vilniaus Katedra' tram stop and ride for 4 stops to 'Žalioji' stop. From there, walk straight along Žalioji Street, which will turn into Maironio Street. After about a 10-minute walk, you will see St. Anne's Church on your left at Maironio g. 8.
