Walking
If you are in the city center, head east on Gedimino Avenue (Gedimino pr.) towards the Cathedral Square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Maironio Street (Maironio g.). Turn left onto Maironio g. and walk straight until you reach the entrance of the Old Arsenal located at Arsenalo g. 3. It should take about 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.
