Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Old Town area, head towards the Vilnius University. From there, walk south on Universiteto Street until you reach the intersection with Maironio Street. Turn right onto Maironio Street and continue until you reach the riverbank. You will see the Užupis Bridge ahead of you, which connects the Old Town with the Užupis district.

    You can take bus number 88 from any central bus stop. Get off at the 'Užupio' stop. From there, walk east along Užupio Street until you reach the bridge. It’s a short walk and should take about 5 minutes. You'll see the bridge ahead as you approach the river.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Cathedral Square, head east towards Gediminas Avenue. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout, then continue straight onto Žvėrynas Street. Cross the bridge over the river and take a left onto Užupio Street. The Užupis Bridge will be directly in front of you.

    From the Vilnius Central Station, exit to the main street and head north on Vytauto Avenue. Continue straight until you see the Neris River. Turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach the Užupis Bridge. This walk will take approximately 25 minutes.
