Bus

To reach the Vytautas the Great statue in Senieji Trakai from Vilnius, start by heading to the Vilnius Bus Station located at Sodų g. 22. You can take tram line 1 or 2 to reach the station if you're in the city center. Once at the bus station, look for a bus heading towards Trakai (Bus No. 36 is common). The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Trakai bus station. From the bus station, you can either walk or take a local bus to reach the statue. If walking, head towards the center of Senieji Trakai, take a left on the main road (Gatvė 214) until you reach the statue located near the Trakai Castle area.

Train

To visit the Vytautas the Great statue, you can also take a train from Vilnius to Trakai. Start at Vilnius Train Station, located at Geležinkelio g. 16. Purchase a ticket to Trakai, and board the train. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Trakai train station, exit and head towards the main street. Walk straight until you reach the main road (Gatvė 214) and follow it to the left to find the statue located close to the Trakai Castle.
