From the main entrance of Caddo Lake State Park, head west on LA-1 N. Continue on LA-1 N for about 11 miles until you reach the intersection with LA-79 N. At the next major intersection, turn right onto W Lakeshore Dr. Continue on W Lakeshore Dr for about 3 miles, and you will find Richard Fleming Park on your left at 7919 W Lakeshore Dr, Shreveport, LA 71107.
