Get off at the stop for 'Audubon Zoo,' which is located at 6500 Magazine St. The zoo entrance will be right in front of you.

Once you arrive, walk to the bus stop and take the #11 bus towards 'Uptown.' After about 25 minutes, get off at the stop for 'Audubon Zoo' at 6500 Magazine St.
