Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are at the Luxembourg City Central Station (Gare), exit the station and head towards Avenue de la Liberté. Walk straight along this avenue for about 5 minutes, and you will reach a roundabout. Continue straight, and you will see Place des Martyrs on your right side, just after passing the intersection with Rue de Hollerich.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the Luxembourg City Central Station (Gare), take bus line 1 or 16. Board the bus and travel for 2 stops; get off at the 'Pl. des Martyrs' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will be right in front of Place des Martyrs. The park is visible from the bus stop.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Grand Ducal Palace, head towards the Rue du Marché-aux-Herbes and walk down until you reach Place Guillaume II. From there, continue to walk straight until you reach Avenue de la Liberté. Turn left and walk for about 10 minutes until you see Place des Martyrs on your left.
