If you are starting from the Luxembourg City Central Station (Gare), exit the station and head towards the main street, Avenue de la Liberté. Walk straight on this avenue until you reach the intersection with Boulevard F. D. Roosevelt. Turn left onto Boulevard F. D. Roosevelt and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep walking until you reach Place de la Constitution, which will be on your right.

You will see Place de la Constitution on your left, just past the Grand Ducal Palace.
