From the center of Antsirabe, head south on Avenue de l'Indépendance. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Réunion. Turn left onto Rue de la Réunion and walk for approximately 500 meters. You will see a sign for Joy Lac on your right. Follow the path leading to the park entrance.

Start from the central market area near Avenue de l'Indépendance. Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Cycle south along Avenue de l'Indépendance for around 1 kilometer. When you reach Rue de la Réunion, turn left and continue cycling for about 500 meters. Joy Lac will be on your right. Park your bicycle at the designated area near the entrance.

Find a taxi-brousse station in the center of Antsirabe. Take a taxi-brousse heading towards the outskirts of Antsirabe. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Joy Lac. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the park entrance, which is just a short walk from the drop-off point.

If you are looking for a scenic route, start from the center of Antsirabe and hike south towards Joy Lac. Take Avenue de l'Indépendance and enjoy the views of the local architecture and landscape. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Rue de la Réunion. Continue walking until you reach Joy Lac on your right. This route is approximately 1.5 kilometers of enjoyable walking.
