If you are traveling by car, start from the Masoala National Park entrance. Follow the main access road heading towards Maroantsetra. Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the small town of Maroantsetra. From there, take Route Nationale 5 towards the northeast. After around 10 kilometers, look for signs directing you to Macolline. Follow the signs for another 5 kilometers until you reach the location at coordinates -14.8712156, 50.2602625.
