If you are at Hell-Ville (the main town), start by heading south towards the beach. Walk along the main road, Boulevard de l'Indépendance. After about 1km, you will reach the intersection with Rue des Manguiers. Turn left onto Rue des Manguiers. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you see the Hotel Ylang on your right side. Booking UP is located at Hotel Ylang, Nosy Be 207.

Rent a bicycle in Hell-Ville. From the rental shop, ride south on Boulevard de l'Indépendance. After approximately 1km, turn left onto Rue des Manguiers.
