Bicycle
From the center of Toliara, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Start by heading west on Avenue de l'Indépendance until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Réunion. Turn left onto Rue de la Réunion and continue straight until you reach the main road (Route Nationale 7). After approximately 5 kilometers, look for signs indicating Mangily. Follow the signs and the road will lead you to Plage de Mangily. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start at the Toliara market (Marché de Toliara). Head west on Avenue de l'Indépendance and continue until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Réunion. Turn left and walk straight for about 4 kilometers until you hit Route Nationale 7. From there, you can either continue walking along the roadside for another 3 kilometers or ask locals for directions to Mangily. This walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Public Transport (Taxi-Brousse)
Go to the taxi-brousse station in Toliara, located near the central market. Look for a taxi-brousse heading to Mangily. The fare is usually inexpensive, around 5000 Ariary. Once on board, inform the driver you are going to Plage de Mangily. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the beach and follow the signs to the beach area.
