Walking
If you're in the center of Kennebunkport, head towards the Kennebunk River. Walk along the riverfront until you reach the intersection of Ocean Ave and Dock Square. From Dock Square, continue walking straight onto Maine St. Follow Maine St until it becomes Route 9, which will take you out of Kennebunkport and towards Portland. Keep walking straight until you reach the bus station on your left. Take the Greyhound or Concord Coach Lines bus heading towards Portland. After about an hour, you will arrive in Portland.

Public Transportation
From Kennebunkport, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 9. Take the York County Community Action bus (YCCAC) towards Biddeford. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the Biddeford Transit Center. From there, transfer to the South Portland Bus Service, which heads directly to downtown Portland. Get off at the Congress St & Pearl St stop, which is very close to Lincoln Park.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Kennebunkport. Start your journey by heading towards Route 9 and follow it as it leads out of Kennebunkport towards Portland. The route is approximately 12 miles. Once you reach Portland, use local bike lanes to navigate to Lincoln Park, which is located at the intersection of Congress St & Pearl St.
