From the center of Brunswick, head east on Maine Street towards the Androscoggin River. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Cross Route 1 and follow the signs towards Boothbay Harbor. After about 1 mile, you will reach the Bowdoin College campus. Continue on the road, which will eventually lead you to Route 27. Follow Route 27 for approximately 10 miles, and then take the exit for Boothbay Harbor. Follow the signs into Boothbay Harbor, and you will arrive at your destination.

Start at the Brunswick Town Commons and head south to the Androscoggin River. Follow the bike path along the river until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and follow it until you reach the Route 27 junction. Turn right onto Route 27 and continue for about 10 miles.
