Getting there

Walking

If you are starting from the center of Blantyre, head towards Victoria Avenue. Walk straight down the avenue until you reach the intersection with Mandala Road. Turn left onto Mandala Road and continue until you reach the junction with the main road. Here, you can ask locals for directions to Michiru Gardens, as it is a well-known destination. Continue walking straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Michiru Gardens, which will be on your right. Look for the sign marking the entrance.

Public Transport (Minibus)

From the center of Blantyre, locate the minibus station near the main market. Board a minibus heading towards Michiru or Blantyre Town. The fare is usually very affordable. Inform the driver you want to go to Michiru Gardens. The driver will drop you off at a stop close to the gardens. From the drop-off point, walk about 500 meters down the road, and you will see the entrance to Michiru Gardens on your left.
