If you are coming from the Awana Skyway station, take the cable car up to the Genting Skyway station. Once you arrive at the Genting Skyway station, you can walk towards Resorts World Genting. Follow the signs that direct you to the Highlands Hotel. Genting Palace is located on Level 2 of the Highlands Hotel. The cable car fare is approximately RM 8 one way.

For those traveling by bus, you can catch a bus from Kuala Lumpur to Genting Highlands. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Genting, exit the terminal and follow the signs to the Resorts World Genting area. From there, walk towards the Highlands Hotel and take the escalator or lift to Level 2 where Genting Palace is located. The bus fare from Kuala Lumpur is about RM 35.
