If you are at the popular tourist spot, Komtar, head south on Jalan Penang towards Lebuh Campbell. Continue until you reach the junction with Lebuh Leith. Turn left onto Lebuh Leith and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will find Cheong Fatt Tze, The Blue Mansion on your left at number 14.
