If you are starting from the popular tourist area of Little India, head west on Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling towards Lebuh Penang. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Lebuh Queen. Turn left onto Lebuh Queen, and you will find the Sri Mahamariamman Temple on your right after approximately 200 meters. The temple is located at the intersection of Lebuh Queen and Lebuh Chulia.

From the Penang Peranakan Mansion, head east on Lebuh Gereja towards Lebuh Campbell. After about 100 meters, turn right onto Lebuh Campbell and continue straight for 300 meters until you reach Lebuh Queen. Turn left onto Lebuh Queen, and the Sri Mahamariamman Temple will be on your left after about 150 meters.
