Head east on Jalan Penang for about 200 meters until you reach the junction with Lebuh Clarke. Turn left onto Lebuh Clarke, and walk straight for about 100 meters. The George Town Mansion will be on your right. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes.

You will want to board any bus that stops at 'Lebuh Clarke' or nearby stops. The fare is usually around MYR 1.50. Once you get off at the nearest bus stop, walk a short distance to 23, Lebuh Clarke. It should take approximately 5-10 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the mansion.
