If you are starting from the popular area of Chulia Street (Jalan Chulia), head east along Chulia Street until you reach the intersection with Jalan Penang. Turn left onto Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah, and you will find Fort Cornwallis Lighthouse located on your right at number 4.

Turn left onto Lebuh Pantai (Beach Street) and walk straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah. Turn right onto Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah, and you will see Fort Cornwallis Lighthouse at number 4.
