If you are starting from the Georgetown City Hall, head southeast on Light Street (Lebuh Light) for about 500 meters. You will pass by the Penang State Museum on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. The Queen Victoria Memorial Clock Tower will be on your right, just past the roundabout, directly facing the sea.
