If you are starting from the popular tourist spot, Komtar, walk towards Jalan Penang. Once you reach Jalan Penang, turn left and continue straight until you reach Lebuh Kimberley. Turn right onto Lebuh Kimberley, and you will find the Upside Down Museum at 45, Lebuh Kimberley on your left.

If you are near the Penang Road area, take the Rapid Penang bus number 201 or 203 heading towards Komtar. Disembark at the Komtar bus stop.
