Getting There

  • Bus

    From Johor Bahru, head to the Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal. You can take the bus number 170 or 160, which will take you to the Queen Street Bus Terminal in Singapore. Once you arrive at the Queen Street Bus Terminal, clear customs and immigration. After exiting, you can either take a taxi or use public transport to reach Gardens by the Bay. If you choose public transport, walk to the Bugis MRT station (around 10 minutes on foot) and take the East West Line towards Pasir Ris. Change at Tanah Merah MRT station to the Downtown Line towards Bukit Panjang and get off at Bayfront MRT station. From Bayfront MRT station, follow the signs to Gardens by the Bay, which is about a 10-minute walk.

  • Taxi

    From any location in Johor Bahru, you can take a taxi to the Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal, then take bus number 170 or 160 to Queen Street Bus Terminal, Singapore. After clearing customs, you can hire a taxi directly to Gardens by the Bay. Provide the driver with the address: 18 Marina Gardens Dr, #03-02/03, Singapore 018953. The taxi ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

  • Train

    Travel from Johor Bahru to Singapore via the KTM Shuttle Tebrau service. Purchase your ticket at the Johor Bahru Sentral station and board the train towards Woodlands Train Checkpoint, Singapore. After you clear immigration, take a taxi from the checkpoint to Gardens by the Bay. The ride is about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. You can also take the MRT from Woodlands to Bayfront MRT station, but it requires a few transfers.
