If you are near an LRT station, take the Kelana Jaya Line towards Terminal Putra. Alight at KL Sentral station. From KL Sentral, transfer to the KTM Komuter line and take the train towards Batu Caves. Alight at the next station, Kuala Lumpur, which is the nearest station to the National Textiles Museum. From the station, head east on Jalan Tun Sambanthan for about 600 meters until you reach Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin. Turn left and walk for another 300 meters to reach the museum.
