Getting There

    If you are near Kuantan's city center, start by walking towards Jalan Haji Abdul Aziz. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Besar. At this junction, turn left onto Jalan Besar and keep walking. You will pass several shops and local eateries on your way. Continue until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with Jalan Gambut. Cross the road at the traffic lights, and you should see the Lao Zi Temple on your right, slightly set back from the road.

    Locate the nearest bus stop along Jalan Haji Abdul Aziz. Take a bus that is heading towards Tanjung Lumpur. You can ask the bus driver or fellow passengers if you are unsure. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes. When you reach the bus stop near the Kuantan River (Jalan Mahkota), get off. From there, walk straight towards Jalan Gambut. Once on Jalan Gambut, turn left and continue walking. The Lao Zi Temple will be on your right-hand side.
