Turn left onto Jalan Kuala Teriang and walk straight. You will pass several shops and local eateries. Keep walking until you reach the junction with Jalan Bukit Malut, where you will then turn right. Follow this road until you reach the signs for Kubang Badak Mangrove Reserve. The reserve entrance will be located along the Unnamed Road.

From the main town of Kuah, rent a bicycle and head north on Jalan Kuah towards Jalan Air Hangat. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Pantai Cenang. Turn left onto Jalan Pantai Cenang and follow the road until you reach Jalan Kuala Teriang. Turn left again onto Jalan Kuala Teriang and then follow the previous walking route directions to reach Kubang Badak Mangrove Reserve.
