Take the ferry to Sliema, which costs approximately €10 one way. After arriving at the Sliema ferry terminal, head south on Triq Ix-Xatt. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach Elvis Tours located at 26 Triq Ix - Xatt. The entire journey can take about an hour and a half depending on ferry schedules.

From Blue Lagoon, take the ferry to Cirkewwa. Once at Cirkewwa, transfer to the bus service (X1) heading to Sliema. The bus fare is around €2.00. After approximately 45 minutes, disembark at the Sliema bus terminal. From the bus terminal, walk south along Triq Ix-Xatt for about 10 minutes until you arrive at Elvis Tours at 26 Triq Ix - Xatt. The total travel time should be around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on bus and ferry schedules.
