Car
Start from Malta Ridge and head southeast on the main road towards Valletta. Follow signs for the A1 highway and merge onto it. Drive for about 20 minutes until you reach the exit for Qrendi. Continue on the road leading to Qrendi, then follow the signs for Blue Grotto. You will see signs directing you to the viewing area and parking. Parking costs approximately €1.50 per hour.
Public Transportation
From Malta Ridge, take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Once in Valletta, switch to bus number 201 heading towards Qrendi. The journey will take about 1 hour in total. Get off at the stop for Blue Grotto. The bus fare is around €2.00 for a one-way trip. After disembarking, follow the signs to the Blue Grotto viewing area, which is a short walk away.
