Getting There

  • Car

    From Malta Ridge, head south on Main Street towards Route 63. Merge onto Route 63. Continue for about 10 miles, then take the exit for Route 191 towards Xagħra. Follow Route 191 until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Triq John Otto Bayer. It-Tempji tal-Ġgantija will be on your right after approximately 0.5 miles. There is parking available on-site, and entry fees may apply.

    From Malta Ridge, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 63. Take the bus towards Xagħra. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Xagħra stop. From there, walk south on Triq John Otto Bayer for about 10 minutes. It-Tempji tal-Ġgantija will be on your right. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for times and frequency.

  • Walking from Xagħra Bus Stop

    If you arrive by bus to Xagħra, after getting off, head south on Triq John Otto Bayer. It-Tempji tal-Ġgantija is about a 10-minute walk. You will see signs guiding you to the archaeological park along the way.
