If you're driving from Malta Ridge, start by heading south on Triq il-Kbira towards Triq il-Labour. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Mosta. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you see signs for Mosta. Once you enter Mosta, keep following the signs to Rotunda Square. The Mosta Rotunda will be on your right. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee depending on the time of day.

To reach Mosta Rotunda via public transport, you can take bus number 42 or 44 from the nearest bus stop in Malta Ridge. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as they can vary. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Get off at the Mosta bus terminus, which is a short walk to the Rotunda. Simply follow the signs towards Rotunda Square, and you will find the church just a few minutes on foot from the terminus.
