If you are driving from the Annapolis Waterfront, start by heading northwest on Main St toward West St. Continue on West St to merge onto US-50 W toward Washington. Stay on US-50 W for approximately 25 miles, then take the exit toward I-295 N. Merge onto I-295 N and continue for about 6 miles. Take exit 1B toward South Capitol St. Merge onto South Capitol St SE, and you will reach Nationals Park at 1500 South Capitol St SE on your right.
